Its not in your quest list, but you get the task when you talk to chouco - Florapolis (after you complete his quests). Basically he says you have to find 10 hidden treasures, and after you find each one you have to come back to him, so he can show you the magic bubbles again (only way you can see the treasure). To pick each one you have to use 1 magic crystal, and dont pick the same one again. Heres mine list.
  • #1. West of the misty land - South-West corner - Magic Branches
  • #2. East dream forest - Middle of the map - Golden Dandelion
  • #3. East of Florapolis valley - North by North-West - Bee Stingers
  • #4. West of Florapolis - West of the middle - Valuable Honey
  • #5. West of the dream land - North-East - Dream top
  • #6. West of the dream land - South-East - Courage top
  • #7.
  • #8.
  • #9.
  • #10.
So can anyone tell me the last 4 items and/or their location?

South Dream Forest: Cat's Eye Gem (i think, was the very first one i got, it's a gem that sells for 100g regardless)

East of the Dream Land: 5 Strawberries

West Dream Forest: Tiger's Eye Gem

East of the Misty Land: Ultramarine Chainsword. (might have been Peaceful Grass instead.....)

EDIT: nevermind, someone beat me to it

I also got:

1, South Dream Forest (by the policeman) - Cat's eye stone

2. East of dreamland (northwest corner) - Big fresh strawberry x5

That's all I have to add.  My guess would be the last 2 would be in East of misty land and West dream forest.

Hidden Treasure Locations:
1. South Dream Forest - Next to Mr. Policeman(FLorapolis) (Cat's Eye Stone) v
2. West of the Misty Land - SouthWest Corner (Magical Branches) v
3. West Dream Forest - Bottom middle of map (Tigers Eye Stone) v
4. East Dream Forest - Exact middle of the map (Golden Dandelion) v
5. East of the Misty Land - Exact middle of the map (Peaceful Grass)
6.East of Florapolis Valley - Northwest- North Mid of map (Bee Stingers Wand) v
7. West of Florapolis Valley - Middle-west Center of the map (Valuable Honey) v
8. West of the Dream Land - Top right corner of the map (dream top) v
9. West of the Dream Land - Bottom right corner of the map (courage top) v
10. East of the Dream Land - Top left corner of the map (5 Strawberries) v

disregard the vs they were my checklist for when I was completeing it... also dream/courage top might be in the opposite ones, I can't remember those 2... but either way... it's pointless to even try to do this quest, I wasted 10 tears getting all 10 of the treasures and I tried having all the itmes in inventory... the quest doesn't complete... beyond that the items are all pretty much worthless except the golden dandelion... and it's not worth a tear... either way GL if you still want to try... takes a long time to get tears back...

I accidentally wasted  my tears on this and couldn't finish finding Sakura's Key. I still haven't. And I didn't get any tears from Chouco either when I accepted the 'quest that doesn't exist'.

But anyway, good luck!

I too was unable to complete the quest.  I gathered all the items, placed them in my inventory and still got the same prompts.

This is an OPTIONAL side quest that has no real end. There is no final reward if you get all 10 items.

You can gather any of the treasures as many times as you want. All in all it's a waste. I just did it since I ran out of things to do and had enough crystals to cover all 10 places.

Also, you do NOT get anymore tears for taking the quest. So the tears/crystals you use you have to of all ready had.
