We're pleased to announce to you that the Hello Kitty Online Founders' Beta client is now available for download. Just follow the instructions posted on the HKO official site and you should be good to go. Sanrio Land will be opening its doors for you on October 8, 2008 at exactly 22:00 US Eastern Standard Time (Oct 9 - 10:00 GMT +8). When I use Firefox Internet, the dowload just stays at "Starting..." Its been like that almost forever. When I use Internet Explorer, it asks me what program do I want to use to open the file. Im not to sure what to pick! Is there any way you can help? Thanks for everything...Cant wait to play! :-)

I kind of wish that a non-torrent download were available, but it's no deal-breaker for me. To the person above me (I'm sorry, I didn't check your username before clicking "reply"), your browser may not know how to torrent files... there is a link directly under the installer button that says "Preferrable BT Client - uTorrent." Try clicking on that link and downloading uTorrent and see if that helps. It may also be Firefox... I've no experience with that browser myself, but try downloading the client in Internet Explorer and maybe there will be a difference.

Download HKO Now! :) I will be seeding the download 24/7 for the next several days to help speed up the download for everyone. blackkat, what you need to do is download a torrent downloading program. HKO reccomends uTorrent. follow the link here and install uTorrent. it shouldnt be a large download or installation. there are other torrent downloading programs but they are all essentially the same so uTorrent will get the job done. after installing uTorrent, download the HKO torrent file and open it with uTorrent and your download should begin. the way a torrent download works is: You have seeders and you have leechers. Seeders are those that have the download in its entirety or in part that are uploading what they have, making it available to everyone who is downloading it. those that are downloading it are called leechers. The more seeders you have uploading the file, the faster the download will go for all those that are leechers. Torrent downloads are normally faster than a standard HTML download, but only just so long as there are seeders. Also, it doesnt matter which browser you are using. it should work once you have uTorrent installed. if you have any further questions, or anyone for that matters, i will be glad to do my best to help :D

Although I'm a little worried about my ETA... it fluctuates between 15 hr and 2 days o_O. I d/led a service pack the normal way lately, it took over 5 hrs but it was steady and I just left the comp on. I'm a little more concerned about this d/l though.

Download HKO Now! :) What I did was download the utorrent, then I clicked on the big purple button here: http://www.hellokittyonline.com/us/index.php?c=dl&s=dl_client that says Torrent and it started to download it using torrent. Maybe that will help (for the person above me). It did hang ALLOT when I was trying to install the game. It hung and lagged my pc for like 15 minutes before it actually started the instal. I have a question, I downloaded it, installed it... I am a founder. I tried logging in using this account information but it said it was invalid. Do the founders need to create a new account, or will we be using these accounts on Oct 8th and they just arent being recognized yet? Thanks
